EPR Registration

EPR Registration certificate

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) registration under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016. E-Hasiru is registered as an authorised recycler for EPR purposes, enabling producers and importers to fulfil their EPR targets through our facility.

What this means for you

Producers and importers can channel their EPR obligations through E-Hasiru. We issue Form 6 documentation for all e-waste processed under EPR accounts.

Mandatory

CPCB Authorisation

CPCB Authorisation certificate

The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) Authorisation is mandatory under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 for any entity recycling or disposing of e-waste in India. E-Hasiru holds valid CPCB Authorisation — ensuring all operations are legally compliant and subject to regulatory oversight.

What this means for you

Disposal through E-Hasiru constitutes legal compliance under the E-Waste Rules. You receive Form 6 documentation as your official compliance record.

State Authorisation

KSPCB Authorisation

KSPCB Authorisation certificate

Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) Authorisation covers our operations within the state of Karnataka, including our Bengaluru facility. This authorisation is in addition to the national CPCB Authorisation.

What this means for you

Our Bengaluru facility operates under dual regulatory authorisation — both national (CPCB) and state (KSPCB) — ensuring full compliance at every level.

Global Standard

R2v3 Certification

R2v3 Certification certificate

R2v3 (Responsible Recycling, version 3) is the leading global standard for electronics recyclers, set by Sustainable Electronics Recycling International (SERI). It covers data destruction standards, environmental health and safety, downstream vendor management, and chain of custody.

What this means for you

Independent third-party assurance that our data destruction and recycling practices meet the highest global standards — above and beyond local regulatory requirements.

Compliance Document

What Is Form 6?

Form 6 is the compliance document issued under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016. It records the quantity of e-waste processed, the type of equipment, and the name of the authorised recycler. It is the primary document your organisation needs to demonstrate e-waste compliance to auditors, customers, or regulators. E-Hasiru issues Form 6 for all e-waste processed on behalf of clients.
